Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Swiftheat Thermal Technologies website (this site) collects when you use it, how that information is used, and who to contact with questions. It covers this website only — it does not describe any offline business practices.
Information You Provide to Us
This website does not collect personal information automatically through tracking, analytics, or advertising technology. The only personal information collected is what you choose to submit yourself, through the Technical Enquiry form on the Contact page.
Contact Enquiries
The Contact page enquiry form asks for the following information:
- Name — required
- Email address — required
- Company name — optional
- Phone number — optional
- Product you are interested in — optional, selected from a fixed list
- Industry — optional, selected from a fixed list
- Application details — optional free text
- Message — optional free text
- File attachment — optional (see "Uploaded Files" below)
Submitting the form is entirely voluntary. If you do not want to share this information with us, simply do not use the form — you can also reach us directly by phone or email using the details in "Contact Us" below.
Uploaded Files
The enquiry form allows an optional file attachment (for example, a drawing or photo relevant to your enquiry). Accepted file types are PDF, DWG, and JPG, with a maximum file size of 10 MB. Uploaded files are used only to email your enquiry to our sales team and are deleted from the server immediately after that email is sent — they are not stored permanently or added to any media library.
How We Use Information
Information submitted through the Contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to answer a technical question or prepare a quotation. It is not used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your enquiry, and it is not sold or shared with third parties, except as described in "Third-Party Services" below.
Email Communication
When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are sent by email to our sales team. The email is set up so that replying to it goes directly to the email address you provided, so our team can respond to you directly. The website itself does not store a copy of your submission in its own database — once the email is sent, the website retains nothing beyond what was needed to send it.
Third-Party Services
The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map showing our general work area. When this map loads, your browser communicates directly with Google, and this interaction is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, not by us. We do not control what Google collects through this embed.
Aside from this map embed, this website does not currently include any analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking services.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website does not set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Loading the Google Map embed described above may involve cookies set directly by Google, in accordance with Google's own policies — this is outside our control.
Data Retention
Files uploaded with an enquiry are deleted from the server immediately after the enquiry email is sent, as described above. No enquiry data is stored in the website's database. Once an enquiry email reaches our sales team's inbox, how long that email is retained is managed as part of our normal business email practices, separately from this website.
Data Security
The enquiry form includes standard technical safeguards: submissions are checked with a security token to help prevent forged submissions, form data is validated and sanitised before being used, and file uploads are restricted by file type and size. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
If you have submitted an enquiry and would like to ask what information we hold about it or request that it be deleted from our records, please contact us using the details below and we will do our best to assist.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business use by adults sourcing industrial heating and temperature-sensing equipment. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example as the website's features change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
